Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids Inc. is a children’s suspension-yoga and mindfulness studio located in Burlington, Ontario. We specialize in creating supportive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate wellness experiences for children through movement, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and safe suspension-yoga practices. Our mission is to help children build confidence, resilience, self-awareness, and healthy coping skills in a nurturing, non-judgmental environment.


For the past five years, we have become a trusted and well-known space in our community, serving hundreds of families through after-school programs, PA day camps, summer camps, recreational suspension-yoga classes, and animal-assisted mindfulness programs. Our studio is tech-free, connection-focused, and rooted in child development principles that honour emotional growth and wellbeing.


We are now expanding into a new location three times the size of our original space thanks to the strong support of our community and the impact our programming has had on local families. Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids continues to be dedicated to offering high-quality, safe, and meaningful wellness experiences that help children thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally.
