My Business is all about holistic wellness, what started off as massage therapy has grown and expanded into may forms of practices such as core shift method couching, reiki, sound therapy, yoga and offering local and global yoga retreats. My business is about bring people together to reconnect with others and themselves on a deeper level to help them become the best version of themselves.
