I have been hosting weekly classes and special events/workshops since 2008. International Guest Instructors became regular visitors for several years at our ocean-front Eastern Passage studio. I currently instruct 1 class/week in the Kripalu/Amrit tradition at THE YOGA LOUNGE in Sipekne'katik (Shubenacadie, NS) on Tuesday evenings 7-8:30pm. All are welcome! I am fully insured with Lloyds Underwriters, and have E-RYT 500 with both YA and CYA. I am certified to lead Continuing Education Programs in Yoga and am the Founder of CYA RYS GOLD standard AIP. This YTT hopes to unleash its first 200hr YTT in March of 2026, should registration warrant it.
