About Me

I have a true desire to help people discover the love within themselves, help them see past fear and their limiting belief stories they have known their whole lives. It is my wish for everyone to start a journey of self discovery through meditation and yoga. I am an avid learner, curious to a fault sometimes :) In my free time I like to hike, read, spend time with loved ones and try to get some sleep!
