About Me

As well as being a high school business and technology teacher, I have been teaching Yoga to high school students here in NB for 6 years. I have been teaching adult evening classes during this time as well. Last year I added teaching Hatha classes twice a week at the local gym. I am about to move from teaching at the gym to teachings evenings and weekends at a brand new local studio.
