About Me

I started practicing Yoga approximately 23 years ago and Yoga has been a part of my life ever since. I did have a accident and herniated discs in my low back 14 years ago. By practicing healing meditation techniques and gentle yoga postures combined with healing arts and non traditional medicine have not had to undergo surgery and able to actively participate in daily life activities. I did have to step back from teaching yoga as a career due to my injuries. I am registered and very excited to participate in Restorative Yoga Teacher Training in Burlington with teacher Andrea Peloso January 2020. I am very passionate to share with others the benefits of restorative yoga physically, mentally and spiritually.
