About Me

I am a part-time dance and yoga instructor with a passion for movement. Bringing yoga into my dance classes, in addition to seeing the benefits it brings to people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and abilities, is truly incredible. I'm also a part of a local AcroYoga community group which continues to broaden my horizons and push me beyond my limits. I look forward to moving with you!
