About Me

I "found" yoga as an adult with a grown family. I was an occasional runner and found I needed a form of exercise the was more gentle. As I began my first classes, the love of practice soon led me to seek my 200 Hour Teacher Training. I continue to practice daily as well as have started teaching. I provide my community with a bi-weekly yoga class and look forward to teaching in additional venues in the future.
