About Me

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2012. In learning to reinvent myself after diagnosis (and a few years of anger lol) the universe gifted me with yoga and some incredible teachers. After 4 years of practice I decided to become a yoga teacher. I completed my 200HRYFTT in June 2018 and my Chair Yoga Certification in October 2018.
