About Me

I found yoga a few years ago while living in Sydney Australia. I left my marriage and began a new chapter in my life and my anxiety and feeling anxious got worse as I moved to a new country and into a stressful job. Yoga is more than the asanas for me it's a way of life and has helped me discover my inner child, the light and loving myself unconditionally as I did not know what this meant.
