About Me

I fell in love with yoga after watching Ali McGraw on the "Today Show" where she spoke about Erich Schiffmann's impact on her well-being. I bought the VHS the next day, was hooked, and have had the privilege of studying with some pretty amazing teachers and sharing their knowledge ever since!
