About Me

Starting in 1973 took advance courses under the TM movement for 9 years while attending 2 week retreats 3 to 4 times a year at their Lake of Bays Retreat Center near Huntsville Ontario.
Also received teaching training for 7 years at the TM Centre in Sudbury Ontario from 1978 to 1985.
Through regular daily meditation, I experienced the inner golden light of spirit in 1995. That's when meaningful synchronistic events happened in my life which pushed me in the direction of sharing the knowledge I had accumulated over the past 22 years. That's when I started teaching 20 years ago. Strictly through word of mouth, over 5.000 individuals of all ages have attended my classes in Sudbury, North Bay, Ottawa. Sturgeon Falls and Manitoulin Island.
