About Me
I am a wife and a mama of 2 toddlers and I think my kids teach me more than I teach them. I love the sunshine and don't like to wear socks, I love to cook, bake and of course, eat and my passion is Yoga!
I love yoga for all the possibilities and though the reasons why I come to my mat can differ from day to day there is one thing that always remains and that is connection; connection to my true self, to my community and to the Divine. It is through love and connection that I hope to share and open you up to the possibilities that this powerful practice can bring so we may live more balanced, healthy and happy lives. I believe that yoga has the ability to heal physically, emotionally and energetically and by healing ourselves we then heal our families and our communities, bringing more love and compassion to our world.
