About Me

I started yoga a number of years ago to develop flexibility and deal with some injuries and discovered a way to have my body heal itself! My never-ending journey is to bring together mind and body, forever gratefully be a student as well as a teacher, to expand my knowledge and experience, to grow and humbly share my love of yoga.
