About Me

Ooh! Fun! Well, I'm a former veterinarian turned yoga teacher and coach serving Perfectionists and People-Pleasers who are struggling with things like exhaustion and resentment. In the rest of life, I fill up running and hiking in the mountains, and am excited to be participating in the TransAlpine Run this September with my husband (who will be my teammate!)

About My Service

I primarily offer yoga in a retreat setting (combining yoga and coaching, as I'm also a Certified Professional Coach). I love this setting in particular as it allows for a very special combination of personal growth learning and space for that to integrate/blossom. Classes are hatha, yang/yin or yin style.
