About Me

I am a veterinarian by profession. There is a high rate of stress and burnout in the veterinary profession. I started doing yoga as a positive, self coping mechanism, and became interested to learn the techniques and history of yoga. That took me to the yoga teacher training in 2011. I like to share my gentle teaching style with my colleagues to help them give space for their own self-care.
