About Me

I am a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist in Ontario, Canada. Currently I am offering Psychotherapy treatment to Motor Vehicle Accident Clients at E-Clinic United Healing Scarborough. The treatment modalities I use at the clinic are CBT, DBT, Mindfulness Techniques, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Sleep Management and Motivational Interview Techniques.
I hold MSW degree from India which I completed in 2007. I am practicing counselling since 2007. I migrated to Canada in 2012.

I believe my Yoga learning will help my clients towards their recovery. Psychotherapy focuses on mind and body while Yoga binds the body and mind with soul which helps every individual to achieve complete wellbeing.
