In this in-depth training, you will journey to your most inner self. Excavating all the ‘stuff’ that dims your sparkle, to uncover your unique expression, and awaken to your intrinsic freedom.

Inspired by traditional practices, Asana (yoga), Philosophy; merged with modern tools of self study, movement and Megan’s light-hearted coaching style. We’ll focus on setting a strong foundation in yogic basics, body and mind. You will build healthy habits, strength, and ultimately a more vital, conscious way of life.

Course Outline

This program is offered as modular trainings that can be taken individually to expand your experience and knowledge, or entirely to receive your 500 Hour Certification.

Module One: 200 Hours
Earn your 200 Hour Teaching Certificate

Module Two, Three and Four: 300 Hours
This is a three part YTT, composed of three 100 hour modules, that will support 200-hour teachers in developing more impactful, whole-hearted yoga classes. Take each part alone to advance your education, or all three and earn your 300hr certification. Note: these modules do not need to be taken sequentially.

Techniques, Training, & Practice - 150 Hours
Teaching Methodology - 80 Hours
Anatomy & Physiology - 100 Hours
Philosophy - 80 Hours
Lifestyle, Ethics, and Business - 70 Hours
Practicum - 30
