GO DEEPER Program
GO DEEPER is designed to take already practicing yogis further in their yoga knowledge than a weekly class can provide.
In these 200hrs we offer two options for registrants. A: to become a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and B: to take you deeper in your own personal practice without feeling a need to instruct. Should the minimum registration be met (8), we will begin at THE YOGA LOUNGE, Shubenacadie, NS on March 6, 2026. This will be a part-time curriculum so that you can 'do life' and invest in your yoga education at the same time. There is a March break and an August summer break. Graduation day (for those who choose the YTT option) is Sept. 27, 2026. YTT registrants must have 5 years experience of being in a weekly yoga class with a Certified Instructor.. Aside from the final week during Immersion Retreat time, other classes are every 2nd weekend (Fri evenings; Sat & Sun afternoons). Please contact Gail for more detailed information!
