Chair Yoga 8 week Winter series

These chair-based classes are for anyone looking for gentle yoga whether you are new to yoga, returning to yoga or from an injury or any mobility concerns.

Classes will include sitting and standing poses to reduce joint stiffness, poses to build strength and flexibility, breathing practices to help manage stress and pain, and mindfulness practices to build resilience and peace of mind.
