This is a sacred time for you to listen to everything you need to hear and let go of the "stuff" that is holding you back from from experiencing your true self.

Experience The Power of Silence. You will learn to access natural peaceful awareness, be the observer watching your own mind... being present and noticing what is going on within. This is a sacred time for you to listen to everything you need to hear and let go of the "stuff" that is holding you back from from experiencing your true self. This retreat is also for you if you yearn to expand and deepen your access to this silent space within. Learn how to integrate this conscious awareness into your everyday life, your daily routines, relationships and work through presence and mindfulness. Seven-hours Silent Mindful Meditation Retreat will be held at Holistic Yoga Studio from 10:00am – 5:00pm. In this retreat you will experience gentle flow of yoga and pranayama (breath work) to restore balance and a sense of well-being. Meditation and silence will guide us throughout the day to establish stillness and inner peace. Participants are asked to bring blankets. At 12:00pm we will have silent lunch (bring your own lunch) for 1 hour, then silent brake for about 30 minutes at 2:30pm. Healthy snacks will be provided.
