Moving Through: Yoga for Grief & Loss

A three part workshop, Moving Through, provides a safe and open environment to explore grief and help aid the healing process. Through meditation,pranayama,asana and philosophical discussion, physical and emotional blockages related to grief will begin to release. At the end of the series participants will have the tools to create a home practice to continue the healing process.

At some point in our lives we will all experience a great loss. Whether it be the death of a loved one or pet, the loss of a job or serious relationship, we all will go through the motions of grieving. Just as our experience of loss will be unique, so will the way we grieve. The only way to release our pain is to move through it. This workshop series provides a safe and open environment to explore grief and facilitate the healing process.

Cost: $85 for the series
Please register by March 18. No previous yoga or meditation experience required.
