MEDITATION AND YOGA CLASSES IN BRAMPTON ONTARIO

'COPING UP" This is a new series of classes in which participants will learn how to integrate meditation for relaxation stress management and illness recovery.They will be participating in subtle yoga exercises for overall well-being.

Dates September 20th to October 31st
Venue 2500 William Parkway, Bldng 5 Unit 42, Brampton, ON L6S 5M9
Time 7.30 am - 9.30 am (Sundays only) 2 hours each session
Dress appropriately. You may bring along your yoga mat and sheet to cover yourself if you wish to. Participants are requested to arrive by 7.15am
NOTE Each session has been designed holistically to be an integrated session of combined meditation and yoga as we believe that will deliver the most benefit for participants.Your voluntary cooperation is requested to register and attend the whole session for 2 hours.All are welcome.
