MEDITATION & YOGA CLASSES IN BRAMPTON ONTARIO

" JOURNEY HOME" This is a 3 week health & wellness program where participants will be learning how to deal with challenges & situations through  guided meditations and learning subtle yoga exercises for overall well-being.
Dress appropriately. You may bring along your yoga mat and sheet to cover yourself if you wish to. Participants are requested to arrive  by 7.15am
Participants will get an insight on how meditation can be incorporated into their daily routines.

NOTE  Each session has been designed holistically to be an integrated session of combined meditation and yoga as we believe that will deliver the most benefit for participants.  As the session cannot be separated into 2 parts, your voluntary cooperation is requested to register and attend the whole session for 2 hours.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is required
Your positive enthusiasm and eagerness to learn & be the change that you want to see is in others is what matters.....

Venue          2500 William Parkway, Bldng 5  Unit 42, Brampton, ON L6S 5M9 

(Between Airport Rd and Humberwest Parkway) immediately east of railway crossing on William Parkway after passing Airport Rd.
Time          7.30 am - 9.30 am (3 Sundays) 2 hours each session
