Yoga for Women

Yoga for Women is a course rich in the simplicities of life. Incorporating the wisdom of the 2 sister sciences Ayurveda and Hatha yoga women learn what postures work best for them and why. Understanding the alchemy of oneself better helps you make choices to support nuture and maintain balance.

This 12 week pre registered course is for women of all ages.By following 3 months of the lunar cycle we will bring our lunar rhythms back into harmony with mother moon. Drawing from the ancient wisdom of the sister sciences Ayurveda and Hatha yoga participants will learn asana, pranayma, mudra practices and simple lifestyle modifications that they can integrate into everyday life. This course is intended to inspire, support and empower women, reminding us of the inherent power within all women the primordial female,Shakti.
