The pelvic floor is one of the most important muscle groups in the human body.
It supports not only the base structure of the spine and the pelvic bowl,
it also supports our urinary and defecator functions. The pelvic floor plays an
integral role in our metaphysical body. It is through understanding, identifying,
isolating and engagement with the pelvic floor we can learn to strengthen and relax
these vital tissues as needed.

This workshop will introduce you to the pelvic floor from an anatomical perspective.
You will learn how to identify your pelvic floor and thereby how to isolate it in order
to make this a strong, flexible and healthy muscle group.

These practical exercises can help to alleviate and prevent incontinence, constipation, prolapse,
vaginal pain, lower back, sacroiliac and other discomforts that stem from a weak or over tense
pelvic floor.

The pelvic floor muscles are an integral part of our overall energy body. It is with these
muscles we are able to improve our energy, deepen and sustain vital energy flow throughout
our entire mind body.

Whether you are new to yoga, an experienced student, or just curious this workshop will
teach you not only how to improve your lower back and organ health, it will help you to access
your life force.
