Join us for our first Suspension Yoga Teacher Training Retreat in the Caribbean!

We will be staying at the Extreme Hotel, a leader in sustainable tourism situated right on the beach in the town of Cabarete, a location world famous for it's gorgeous beaches, renowned Kite-Surfing schools and lagoons surrounded by rich rain forest jungle, overflowing with luxurious tropical vegetation.

Price Includes:
- 36 hour teacher training plus full color training manuals
- complimentary OmGym® Suspension Yoga Sling (over $250 value, shipping not included) if registering by Jan. 6th
- 5 night accommodations - double occupancy ( single occupancy add $125 USD)
- breakfasts and airport transfers
- 10% OFF the Suspension Yoga Holiday (March 4th - 11th) following the Teacher Training Retreat

Not included:
-Air fare, medical/cancellation insurance, bottled water, alcoholic beverages, tips and gratuities, lunches & dinners, any additional excursions outside of the hotel.

Itinerary:
Day 1 : Arrival day and orientation
Days 2-5: Teacher Training (see course schedule)
Day 5: Evening Graduation Party!
Day 6: Supervised morning practice session, free time and departure
