Whether you are looking to deepen your yoga practice or to teach classes, this program is an in-depth exploration of the history, philosophy, poses, are more. This training is designed for those who want to take their practice to the next level, to learn the heart & soul of the ancient practice of yoga, and even become certified to teach as accredited by the Canadian Yoga Alliance. Our Registered School of Yoga offers you the teachings that you simply don't get in a drop-in class and facilitates a way for your to move deeper into the self-inquiry practices integral to the science of yoga.

A 200-hour training is a big commitment and requires patience and discipline to complete. The program includes additional homework, self-study, reading and assignments with a final written exam and teaching practicum to complete your certification. This is a weekend intensive training which takes place bi-weekly on Saturdays & Sundays from 9:00 - 5:30 pm with a 30-min lunch break. Trainees will receive a 6-month unlimited monthly membership and be required to complete 40 hours of practice during the 6-month training period. These can be any style of class and taken on your own time as your schedule permits and must be completed within a 12-month time frame.

A total of 2 full training dates can be missed & rescheduled at no additional charge. If more than 2 full days of training will be missed, there may be a small rescheduling fee.
