Level 2 Yin Yoga: the Path Inward Feb 2021 ONLINE

Level 2 Yin and Mindfulness Meditation: This is a 50 hour course that will continue looking at mindfulness meditation, expanding on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness with Buddha's Anapanasatti meditation teachings, the RAIN method of meditation as practiced by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach as well as Buddhist philosophy and psychology, Taoist thought and other forms of breath-work and visualizations. Students will learn how to incorporate these elements into teaching a yin class. There will be required reading, homework and practice teaching. Prerequisite: Level 1 Yin and Mindfulness or a previous yin yoga teacher training. The course will be live and interactive online via Zoom. It will take place over three weekends in February 2021. A PDF manual will be sent to each student. Continuing Education Credits are available. This course isn't just for teachers.
