Fundamentals of Ayurveda, Mudras, Chair Yoga and Reiki will also be taught.

You will be able to join at any time, learn at your own pace, from the comfort of your own home or studio. Lessons will be presented through easy-to-follow videos with at least one or more weekly high-value coaching calls on Zoom throughout the curriculum for support and direct feedback on your progress.

There are 15 modules to complete (including the Suspension Yoga TT) in the 200 Hr RYTT. If a student commits to 12 hours of study each week, the entire program can easily be completed within 4 months. However, students will have access to course materials for 1 whole year in order to qualify for their certification. If more time is still needed, the student may request an extension and a one-time $100 rescheduling fee will be applied. Exceptions due to illness, injury, family matters or financial hardship will be taken into consideration.

Practicums are an important component of the learning process and absolutely essential to the successful completion of this course. They are designed to integrate what has been learned with real-life experiences. Certification will not be given until all assignments have been completed indeed. Practicums will involve completing all assignments (videotape submissions and online quizzes), final exams for anatomy, yoga philosophy and Suspension Yoga and, 30 minute videotaped teaching presentations for both the classical and Suspension Yoga components. Other assignments include, but are not limited to, daily journaling and a written 1000 word book report on the Autobiography of a Yogi.
