About Me

If you asked me 3 years ago I would be teaching yoga and loving it I would have said you were out of your mind. Fast forward almost 3 years later and I am teaching yoga and meditation and I’m absolutely loving it. I love learning and growing and expanding my knowledge and experiences. I love meeting new people, learning about others and growing connections and relationships with others. I love how yoga has changed my life and continues to do so every single day.
