About Me

Rachelle Atkinson, mother of 2 teens, raised on Georgian Bay in a small French community. Bilingual, 42 year old retired Flight Attendant who always loves new adventure. Tried various retreats, meditations, treatments and always had an interest in various experiences. Women dealing with Lipedema, an unknown condition that multiple women experience and deal with on a daily basis. Continuous pain in my legs from fat nodes that impair the circulation and cause severe pain. Returning to my mat, gave me relieve to try to move again and gain confidence. Took the YTT course to gain experience, knowledge and teach others with pain that they too can turn to yoga internal and exteral.
