About Me

I have enjoyed attending yoga classes for many years and initially decided to extend my practise by enrolling in the Yoga Teacher Training Program. On this journey, I discovered a strong desire to teach and share the gift of yoga with others. I enjoy gentle yoga classes and am drawn to restorative practises.
