I am a mom to 3 amazing human beings and 1 sweet fur baby. I have a background in Early Childhood Education, and continue to work as a Preschool Teacher. I enjoy blissing out in nature and on my yoga mat. I feel my best when I am tapping into my creativity and serving others. I am the founder of Lighthouse Meditation, and a Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher and Reiki Practitioner.
