About Me

After being let go in the corporate world at age 55 , I became a yoga teacher at age 57. Unfortunately due to an accident and resulting mobility issues and surgery, I have had little opportunity to teach but I have done some and look forward to teaching more as I continue to train myself and work on 300 level.
