About Me

I took up yoga about 15 years ago because I noticed that my posture and flexibility was not what it should be. Loved it at first try! It was like coming home to something that was always missing. This past year it has gotten me through a major back injury and enriched my life in more ways than I can say. I received my certification in June of 2019 and have been teaching at work since then.
