About Me

I've practiced yoga for the past 14 years. Started with ashtanga for the first 4 years then started to practice Anusara. Did my teacher training in 2012 and have been teaching ever since. I have also been practicing the yoga trapeze and became certified in July of 2019.

About My Service

I teach mostly Hatha Yoga, I have recently received my certification in Restorative and sub classes when required. I also received my certification in the Yoga Trapeze suspension Yoga and will be teaching in a studio soon.
