I have been associated with Yasodhara Ashram for over 30 years. I became involved with yoga after I met Swami Radha at her ashram . I have taken the Yoga Development course twice, taught Yasodhara Hatha, Hidden Language plus Kundalini Yoga and Dream Yoga.
