About Me

I'm a recovering addict. Rediscovering my yoga practice has been an integral part of my recovery ever since returning from treatment. I have three young children, and used to teach elementary school.

About My Service

I am an employee of the Department of National Defence and ex-military myself. I will be teaching a weekly hatha class to military and civilian personnel of the Canadian Armed Forces Transition Group. We help ill and injured soldiers get back to work.
