About Me

Greetings. I am 56 years young.Yoga is a way of life for myself, body, spirit and mind. I have been practicing yoga for 25 years off and on, my studies beginning in India when I was in my 20's. Presently, have been practicing super dedicated and solidly for 10 years.
I am Certified Professional Life Coach with a private practice. I also work with high risk youth and young adults with mild mental disabilities. I have been guiding a meditation group for 10 years in a Healing Arts Studio here in Vernon.
