About Me

My name, as my Atcharia used to call me, is Ananda, I have been a yoga instructor for 15 years. I have never seen Yoga as just a sport. For me, Yoga is the ultimate solution for human suffering and a path to acceptance and tranquility. I chose Yoga to be my journey and my mission in this life and I have chosen to be a teacher so I spread the knowledge and give all what I can.
