I began practicing yoga as a way to help manage my stress and it turned into a love I was not expecting. Over the years my practice has evolved and changed just like I have as a person.
About My Service
My journey and experience in becoming and being a mother has really been the driving force in my daily practice. I feel the call to help women during their journey as well so they feel connected to their authentic self during the process.
If you are a woman who is need of connecting to their highest self - no matter where you are in life, I am here to help you.
I offer the following yoga series that are complimented with mediation, visualization, pranayama, aromatherapy and asana.
-Self Care Series: For the woman who needs help relaxing. Enjoy a spa like experience with this series.
-Fertility Series: For the woman who is struggling to conceive or who is preparing to conceive. This series will focus on shifting your mindset about everything to do with becoming pregnant and starting a family. We will work through your fears and you will learn how to reconnect to your body in a positive way. We will work with postures that open the hips, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and keep you grounded so you can be at peace on this journey.

-Kids Yoga: For kids yoga, my six week program is designed to help kids connect with mind, body and spirit. Our classes will be focused on bringing mindfulness, movement and meditation to their daily lives by teaching them in a way they will understand. Using imagination, exploration and play they will learn how to control their emotions, get active and relax to bring full awareness to their highest self.
