About Me

Regular yoga practice has brought me moments of profound joy and peace with life, and I want to help others experience the same growth in wellbeing.

My wife and I run a seaside yoga studio in Steveston Village (in Richmond, BC), where we also live with kids and dog. Our pup still does a better downward dog and puppy pose than us.
