About Me

I work as an upholsterer when I'm not teaching yoga and have found the practice to be an essential part of the care of my body. Beyond that, the practice has encouraged a lot of emotional and spiritual growth and is integral to my functioning in the world as it helps calm my nervous system.
I am working to open a yoga studio with an emphasis on mental health and feel passionately about this work.
