About Me

I have been practicing yoga since the late 1990's and has been teaching yoga since 2016. I received my 200 hr and 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training from Power Yoga Canada. I have a degree in Physical Education and a diploma in Recreation & Leisure Services.

About My Service

I teach a variety of yoga styles in the online format, such as Chair Yoga, a 30 minute Mid Day Reset (chair yoga), Power Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga and a Rest & Restore meditative movement yoga class through Niagara Mountainside Therapeutic Services.
