About Me

I was originally trained as a fitness instructor and then yoga teacher in 2012. At the same time I completed by bachelors and master's degrees in Social Work. I am now a clinical social worker and psychotherapist and hoping to offer yoga classes for specific mental health conditions within my private practice.
