I am the owner and operator of groWellness studio in Aylmer, On. I also am the full time Registered Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner.

About My Service

I am teaching 1, 90 min Yin class weekly that uses props and supports.
I am also teaching 1, 60 min Vinyasa class weekly that also uses props and supports.
both of these classes are being taught out of my studio. class size is limited to 10 people and most participants are new to yoga.
