About Me
I am a certified instructor in Vinyasa & Yin Yoga. For my 200 YTT I was fortunate enough to attend the Nexus Yoga & Wellness Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica, studying with Janel Schullo and Horace Usry. For Yin Yoga, I stayed closer to home and studied with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts who are incredible yoga instructors, at the Semperviva Sea Centre in Vancouver.
I live in West Kelowna, British Columbia with my husband Robert. In our spare time we love to kayak, paddle board, hike and xc ski. Living in wine country, we also enjoy wine tastings at our local award-winning wineries, that also have restaurants with spectacular lake views! I am also a professional photographer offering Yoga & Lifestyle photography.
