About Me

An empathic heart centered women supporting others achieve their full potential "from inside out". Spent years working as an advocate for children and their families who were experiencing life transitions in the legal system. This experience highlighted just how poorly equipped humans are at really taking care of themselves and those around them. Although I still spend time in that arena, I am shifting my focus towards helping people develop both resilience and abundant health so he or she can thrive regardless of twists and challenges life throws at them. Services include integrative nutrition health coaching, energy work and yoga.
