About Me
I am a professional jazz vocalist and pianist and an avid yogi. Having made yoga a part of my daily life for more than 40 years I am happy to have achieved my RYT500 certification to share my passion for yoga and mindfulness with others. I also have my Reiki Level 2.
I am currently obtaining my "Activated Asana" certification through the "Activated Asana Apprenticeship Academy". I offer regular classes, workshops and inspiring retreats in international locations.
